Can I cut on a Epoxy charcuterie board and is it food safe

Epoxy resin is safe for cutting boards, provided it has fully cured. However, we don’t recommend cutting on those boards on a regular base because you risk creating unsightly scratches in your board and the potential growth of bacteria that’s collected due to repeated cutting.

We would recommend those boards for using it as a serving board, charcuterie or cheese tray.

The cuts and scratches can usually be repaired using extremely fine sandpaper or micro pads.

Those boards are simply to nice to getting ruined !
