All TWA produced boards are treated with our natural oil and finished off with our conditioner.
It is highly recommended once applied TWA product, only use the special formulated product on your cutting board and not mix it up with other products.
Oil vs Conditioner:
TWA Cutting Board Oils are designed to penetrate deep into wood fibers to moisturize your boards or any wooden kitchenware.
Available in four varieties, Natural, Orange, Lemon, Lavender, Lemongrass and for an extra rich feed, Citrus and Beeswax.

Enhanced with a blend of pure essential oils that help to naturally eliminate odor causing bacteria, without transferring onto food.
TWA Conditioner creates a waterproof barrier and prevents the absorption of liquids that can cause stains, water damage and bacteria from growing.
Made from NSF certified mineral oil and organic bees wax.
The conditioner will build up a water resistant film and will prevent the board from any stain getting into your board.
Additional coats may be required for new or dry wood.
TWA Cutting Board Oil Instructions:
- For new or dry boards.
- Ensure the cutting board is clean and dry before application.
- Pour a generous amount of oil on to board, using a clean soft lint free cloth.
- Rub the oil into the wood in the direction of the grain.
- Continue adding oil until it has a nice shine and won't absorb any more oil.
- Leave the board standing on it's side.
- Wipe away any excess oil.
- Let dry over night.
TWA Cutting Board Conditioner Instructions:
- Ensure the cutting board is clean and dry before application.
- Apply thin coat of conditioner, using a clean soft lint free cloth. .
- let sit for minimum of 2 hours.
- Buff with clean cloth.
- Re apply conditioner as the board becomes dry, it will reduce the risk of warping and splitting your board.
TWA Tips:
- NEVER put your board in a dishwasher, NEVER leave your board soaking in water.
- Avoid vegetable or nut-based oil. It is best to not use vegetable or nut-based oil on your cutting board as it will spoil and become rancid. Your wood cutting board will have an unpleasant smell that will be noticeable.
- Wash your board with warm soapy water, rinse and dry completely, stand up your board on an angle, after use.
- Avoid direct sunlight exposure, some wood species tent to change their natural colors.
- Condition your cutting board once a month or whenever it's starts looking dull.
- It is highly recommended once applied TWA product, only use the special formulated product on your cutting board and not mix it up with other products.
